Do you have a panic room? One thing I have learned not to panic. This has not always ways been true.

When I was in my early 20′s, I lived in a one bedroom cabin that was, for lack of a better description, a tree house. I was a quite morning I was studying for physic’s final.

At one moment in time I was ready about the detail desertion of an explosion. Then a flash of lightening, and crash of thunder sent me flying out of that tree house and running up the road. At the top of my voice I was screaming, and looking for the gas explosion, I was sure that had happen at my neighbor’s cabin.

There was not explosion. I did not take in all the facts. I was just influenced by what I was reading.

This past week the world was just starting to improve, then came out all the news about the Swine Flu, aka H1N1 Flu. Every news program, every talk show, every podcast has something to say about the Swine Flu. Is there any wonder schools are closing.

Schools are not only closing over one possible case in their district, community events will radically unattended. In a time where we need to reach out a promote. Everyone is pulling back in fear.

All we can do is practice good hygiene. Wash our hands, don’t go in crowded placed when we are coughing and sneezing.

Of course this may be a good time to talk to your boss about telecommuting or working from home?
